Fernando, currently residing in London, is the CFO at Nubank. He brings extensive expertise to the role of general partner in the fund, having spent 15 years at HSBC in senior roles such as Global Head of Transformation, Global CFO of Global Trade and Receivable Finance, Head of Business Finance and CFO of Retail Banking, CFO Mexico, and Head of Business Finance LATAM. Prior to HSBC, he held various finance positions at Unilever. Fernando holds an MBA from UT Austin and an undergraduate degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry spanning consulting, marketing, and sales, Diego currently serves as a Business Value Consultant at Salesforce. He has completed executive education programs at NYU, Northwestern, and MIT. Actively involved in the padel ecosystem as an investor in ventures such as The Pad Toronto and World Padel Rating. Residing in Miami, Diego combines his professional expertise with a passion for padel, significantly contributing to the sport’s growth and development. Diego was a national champion in doubles as a junior in Mexico. He played for Montana State University, where he was the team captain and led them to a conference championship.
With over eight years of experience in overseeing major retail giants such as Walmart, Amazon, and Costco, managing an impressive annual sales volume of $200 million, Santiago has established a notable presence in the padel ecosystem through various business ventures. Additionally, he is actively engaged in real estate development and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Santiago reached the #1 ranking in tennis as a junior in Mexico. He is a 2-time Florida state champion and played for the University of Miami.
Ricardo, residing in London, is currently the Global Martech Lead for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC, where he has held various roles in Marketing and Finance for nearly nine years. In addition to his responsibilities at HSBC, he engages in marketing consulting. Before joining HSBC, Ricardo worked as a CSR consultant. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Imperial College.
Ricardo reached the #1 ranking in tennis in doubles as a junior in Mexico. He played for BYU and University of New Orleans.
Juan serves as a sports agent at WME, overseeing the management of a notable roster of athletes including Juan Martin Del Potro, Kei Nishikori, Garbiñe Muguruza, Beatriz Haddad Maia, Mirra Andreeva, Francisco Cerundolo, Zizou Bergs, among others. Additionally, he is responsible for supervising IMG Padel and its representation business.
Juan reached the #1 ranking in tennis as a junior in Mexico. He played for the University of South Florida.
